With more than twenty years experience in employee benefit planning and administration services, Grace is a valuable resource for our clients.
Her role as Claims Advocate is second to none and provides our clients with a single contact for problems, issues and questions.
She is very knowledgeable in state and federal regulations impacting employers, employees, benefits and eligibility.
Grace is also the administrator for our client Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and the director of client Health Savings Account (HSA) Department and maintains her health, life and accident Louisiana state license.
Amanda specializes in meeting with employers, designing and implementing employee benefit plans to meet the specific needs of the client and their employees.
She is very knowledgeable about employee benefits as well as the full array of administrative services provided by our company. Amanda is involved with conducting employee meetings to educate employees and their spouses on their employee benefits which may include Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Accounts, and COBRA.
In addition to providing annual reviews of group products and new sales services, Amanda also actively educates the employees and spouses on the value of the employee benefits package to assist the employer with employee appreciation and retention. Her main objective is to build long lasting client relationships.

Lauren provides a wide range of HR consulting services to our employer clients.She assists in the creation or revision of HR documents such as employee handbooks, discipline tracking documentation and performance appraisal forms.She is responsible for the organization of employee personnel files and development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. She can provide legally required posters, review or create employment applications and create interview questionnaires.She is also a valuable resource for our clients with questions or concerns regarding their employment practices and employee issues.
She is available for specialized HR management or employee training sessions and regularly meets with employees to discuss and review their company benefits.
In addition, Lauren has experience in working with ADP and Paychex and is able to maintain accurate payroll and employee records and process payroll on behalf of our clients.
She is knowledgeable of COBRA laws, rules and regulations and is responsible for ensuring compliance.
Lauren is a 1998 graduate of LouisianaStateUniversity with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.In 2007, she earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from Louisiana State University Continuing Education. She has also earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and is a member of both the local and national chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
As Director of HR One Source, Eden works diligently to maintain the delicate balance between our clients and our providers. She is directly engaged in receiving client inquiries and then investigating, evaluating and solving client issues. Her strong communication skills, knowledge of the business and her inept ability to break down the most complex issues is respected by both clients and providers.
In addition, Eden also takes the lead on our Client Benefit Invoice Audit Program. At HR One Source, all Client Benefit Invoices are audited and reconciled. Eden’s attention to detail ensures all of our clients are paying only for the employees and services enrolled. Our clients rely on her accuracy and follow through so they can better focus on their business.
Eden is also involved in our client’s open enrollment and works closely with employees to educate them and their spouses on the value of the employee benefits package.
